NcTool enables you, to create multiple machinings, choose the tool, compensating the tool radius, without having to know the ISO language: the starting point usually is a CAD drawing, although NcTool include CAD functionalities, to allow you to create a drawing from the scratch. The parameters of tool feed and rotation speed are usually taken from the tool table of the machine, so the machinings are always executed with the correct speed set for every particular tool. Furthermore, in NcTool, you can use the same tool table file you have in your own machining center. The program uses its own file format (the file extension is .vec), but it can read drawings in AutoCAD dwg and dxf formats. Pay attention that only in the .vec files the program can store the machinings: they aren’t stored in the other file formats.
