GEOMETR

• A program for semi-automatic creation, printing and export of geometric plan tables.
• Although GEOMETR is not a cybernetic substitute for a live surveyor, this program can still speed up and make your work more enjoyable when calculating, leveling areas and subsequently compiling them into geometric plan tables.
• The program also partially reduces the requirements for the qualifications of workers in this work. A simple geometric plan can be compiled using this program even by a layman familiar only with the basics of creating a GP. However, this program can also be a valid assistant for very complex plans.

Basic principle of the program

• The new status entered into the cadastral map divides the original parcels into individual parts of the KN parcels.
• Each part is clearly identified by the parcel number to which it belonged in the original state, the parcel number to which it will belong in the new state, and the part designation. If, within one geometric plan, there are two parts that have the same parcel numbers (e.g., division by map frame), they must be distinguished by a designation (a,b,a1, etc.).
• Parts marked in this way are entered into the KN parcel parts database.
• Based on the entered data, the program automatically calculates and aligns all parts to the areas of the original parcels, with the proviso that if the area of ​​the new parcel was determined numerically, the alignment of the parts to this area will be performed first, and these parts will be aligned before the alignment of the original parcels. During all calculations, permissible deviations are checked with respect to the set map scale.
• A similar procedure is used when aligning parcels from previous land records (DPE), which are divided into KN parcel parts and individual DPE parcel parts.
• In order for the program to interpret the data correctly, it is necessary to adhere to the correct data structure, which is described in the following chapter.
• As a result, the program generates two windows: One represents the table "Calculation of areas of plots and parts" and the other "Report of areas according to the real estate cadastre" including the description field of the geometric plan. In these windows, you can view the generated data, correct it and, if necessary, print it directly on a printer or plot it on a plotter as the final result.
