Believe us, we spent a lot of time to write specific instructions on the type step by step, to make it easier for you and for us to work on finding solutions to your problems.
And before make request, PLEASE, read all the steps and FAQ.
Be sure to read the section "Manual Activation BUGS (Errors with manual activation found in the PlanSwift program)" for not to lose your Manual License. And remember this is not a problem of generating an activation code, these are errors of programmers writing PlanSwift Software.
PlanSwift Professional v10-v11 Activation Instructions
1. Execute your PlanSwift Professional version.
2. Select Settings and press License Manager.
3. You will see either an empty list of activations or a list with already completed activations.
3. Select Activate or Re-activate button. You will see a window Activate Product.
4. Press Manual Activation.
Now you have Computer ID: Request code.
IMPORTANT!!! Before running the program for manual product activation, you need to turn off the computer from the Internet.
1. Execute your PlanSwift Professional version.
2. Select Settings and press Activation Settings.
3. You will see either an empty list of activations or a list with already completed activations.
3. Select Product for Activation, Select Enable Manual Activation and press Activate button. You will see a window Activate Product.
4. Press Manual Activation button.
If you do not see the "Manual Activation" button, then you forgot to disable the Internet before starting the program or not chosen "Enable Manual Activation".
Now you have Computer ID: Request code.
You need to send to our Email Glasha@brstudio.com Computer ID request code (Screen shot) and the current date of your computer.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
You send the Computer ID request code and Current Computer date.
After payment we send you the Activation Code for your computer.
IMPORTANT!!! You must enter the activation code sent to you on that day, which is specified on a specific date of the computer.
If you mean additional plugins, then no. The activation code only activates the main module PlanSwift Professional.
If you want to activate some additional plug-ins, you can send a new separate order.
To activate the plug-ins, you need to send us:
1. Compiter ID
2. Plugin Name and version (attach request plugin screenshot)
3. Current computer date.
You can activate one activation code only on one computer.
You will have to activate the product again.
The activation code for PlanSwift Professional costs $100 USD per computer. The duration of this code is 10 years.
The activation code for one plug-in will cost $100 per computer. The duration of this code is 10 years.
Manual Activation BUGS (Errors with manual activation found in the PlanSwift program)
After Manual Activating the program, you do not need to press the "License Manager" button on the main screen.
This leads to a license loss and the next time you start the program, the license button on the main screen is changing.
Normal "License Manager" button with Manual License
If you choose to activate the product, you will lose the license and you have to activate the product again.
Affected products: PlanSwift Pro Metric v10.3.0.48, PlanSwift Professional v10.3.0.48
For normal license management, use "Activation Settings" button from Settins folder.
